Gayle Aschenbrenner President of TEW Talented Executives WorldWide, Inc., founded TEW in 2005 and serves as its President. By leveraging 22 years of high-end business development experience and associated relationships, she has been very successful in identifying and acquiring executive talent for firms such as Xerox Global Services, Williams Lea, Integreon, UnitedLex LPO and other BPO organizations that assume the management and workflow of professional services for investment banks, law firms, healthcare organizations and other industries. The services can be onsite, offsite, offshore, near shore, or blended based on the scope of the project. Prior to launching TEW www.tewsearch.com in 2005, Ms. Aschenbrenner worked for a top tier investment bank in the Fixed Income Division, completed an executive MBA program while working as a Project Manager for an international telecom company, drove business development mandates for a BPO vendor with multiple locations in India, and successfully streamlined sales processes while identifying new opportunities for a global technology firm giving her a competitive 360 understanding of the culture and talent her clients expect. She continues to expand TEWs service offerings to her clients offering BPO vendor of choice consultative services and brokering acquisition introductions on behalf of her clients. Ms. Aschenbrenner earned her B.A. at North Carolina State University and her MBA at Meredith College. She is an Active member of Trinity Wall Street "the community church."

Brenlla is a partner with Clifton Budd & DeMaria, one of the oldest
management labor and employment law firms in the country. Mr. Brenlla
concentrates on labor and employment litigation in federal and state
courts, as well as proceedings before government administrative
agencies, such as the National Labor Relations Board and the various
civil rights and labor agencies. Mr. Brenlla has acted as trial
counsel in both state and federal courts and as counsel at labor
arbitrations. Mr. Brenlla has also successfully defended several of
his lower court victories before the appellate courts. In addition to
his litigation practice, Mr. Brenlla regularly advises local,
national and international clients in employment and labor matters
and commercial disputes. Mr. Brenlla is a graduate of University of
Pennsylvania Law School, J.D. and holds a B.S. in Industrial and
Labor Relations from Cornell
University.
William Howatt
Ph.D., Ed.D., Post Doc Behavioral Science UCLA School of Medicine,
has been well known for almost two decades internationally for his
work in leadership development, work-life balance, management,

books and articles and has an extensive professional education. Dr. Howatt has built over 20
professional measures, 40 human development programs and a
train-the-trainer program that is second to none. Dr. Howatt's coaching clients

of top tier financial institutions, professional athletes, and
government leaders.

Vince
Scafaria
is the founder of Sagelit Research Network, an emerging start-up. Prior thereto he was Director of Operations for Investment Banking for FactSet Research Systems. Mr. Scafaria joined FactSet in 2008 upon sale of DealMaven, Inc., the company that he founded in 1999. By the time of its sale, DealMaven's productivity tools and corporate finance training resources had been rolled out to approximately 10,000 investment bankers and other financial analysts. Prior to founding DealMaven, Mr. Scafaria worked as an Associate in the Merchant Banking Group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, specializing in leveraged buyout transactions. He has taught courses in valuation and financial modeling to thousands of investment bankers over a ten year period. Mr. Scafaria graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in finance and strategic management.
