Gayle Aschenbrenner President of TEW Talented Executives WorldWide, Inc., founded TEW in 2005 and serves as its President. By leveraging 22 years of high-end business development experience and associated relationships, she has been very successful in identifying and acquiring executive talent for firms such as Xerox Global Services, Williams Lea, Integreon, UnitedLex LPO and other BPO organizations that assume the management and workflow of professional services for investment banks, law firms, healthcare organizations and other industries. The services can be onsite, offsite, offshore, near shore, or blended – based on the scope of the project. Prior to launching TEW www.tewsearch.com in 2005, Ms. Aschenbrenner worked for a top tier investment bank in the Fixed Income Division, completed an executive MBA program while working as a Project Manager for an international telecom company, drove business development mandates for a BPO vendor with multiple locations in India, and successfully streamlined sales processes while identifying new opportunities for a global technology firm – giving her a competitive 360 understanding of the culture and talent her clients expect. She continues to expand TEW’s service offerings to her clients – offering BPO vendor of choice consultative services – and brokering acquisition introductions on behalf of her clients. Ms. Aschenbrenner earned her B.A. at North Carolina State University and her MBA at Meredith College. She is an Active member of Trinity Wall Street "the community church."
